We begin the fifth chapter of Strange Aeons, teleporting out into the Parchlands to begin our search for the city of Neruzavin.

We have defeated the gnolls, so we loot the tower and rescue their slaves. We also find the owner of a voice that has haunted us for the last few weeks.

There’s a furious fight up the spiralling ramp up the tower, with gnolls prepared with barrels of gunpowder and acid to use against us.

We continue our assault on the tower of the gnoll Biting Lash, fighting past camels, basilisks and gnoll cavalry.

We get to the slaver city of Okeno, and try to find the gnoll Biting Lash. Unfortunately she isn’t that welcoming.

Before we head out from Katheer towards the slaver city of Okeno, we find out what information we can so that we are not totally unprepared.

Fighting an angel is one thing, possessing it and being in its head when it dies is another. This may turn out to have repercussions.

We locate the bottom most level of the Mysterium, where we seek to solve the puzzle box and venture into the Keeper’s chamber.

We head down to the third level of the library, which is shrouded in thick fog making it difficult to see where we are going. There are more tentacles, and upset dead spirits here, but at least some things are willing to talk.

After finding Miacknian Mun, our party of adventurers clear out the rest of the second level of the library of the Mysterium in Katheer, as we continue our Strange Aeons adventure path.
