The magi return from the Endless City underneath the covenant, and send out the companions to hunt down the rats. It seems like the rats have a plan of their own.

We continue to explore the magical ruined city, looking to see if there is a library here from which we can ‘rescue’ some books.

We venture down beneath the covenant to try and find where the rats came from. We follow twisting tunnels until we reach a massive city engulfed in smoke and fire.

It is Winter in the year 1230 in our Ars Magica campaign. We have received a new set of rumours, including notification about the next Tribunal.

Pisciculus has completed the first part of her trials that will lead her down one of the mystery paths for House Criamon.

We head to the Isle of Arren, encountering standing stones and faerie forests. There are things here which don’t like us, and I’m pretty certain that I don’t like them.

We head out to find the squirrel king, only to kind some missing nuts. After that, it is a trip to Crun Clach covenant, though our route isn’t as straight as we’d like.

New books, earthquakes and squirrels. Not all these things are good, and some are odder than expected. We round off the year 1229 in Ars Magica.
